Fantazey App ("Developer", "we", "us") built the app КБЖУ: Счётчик Калорий Офлайн as a free application. This page describes our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Service, and tells you about your privacy rights.
The app is a calorie and nutrition tracker. To function, it accesses and stores the following health and nutrition-related data that you manually enter:

How data is collected: All data is entered manually by the user within the app. The app does not read data from any system health platform (Google Fit, Health Connect, etc.), sensors, or external sources.
How data is used: Solely to calculate and display daily nutritional summaries and diary history within the app on your own device.
How data is stored: Data is stored in a local on-device database (ObjectBox) inside the app's private storage directory. It is not backed up to any cloud service by the app itself.
Data is never: transmitted to our servers, sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or processed outside your device.
The app ships with a built-in reference database of approximately 565 food products (names, calorie values, macronutrients, micronutrients, and glycemic index). This database is included in the app package as a static asset and does not contain any personal information. It is not sent anywhere.
The app does not collect log data, crash reports, device identifiers, IP addresses, or any analytics. There is no analytics SDK integrated into the app.
The app does not use any third-party SDKs that collect user data. The app does not display advertisements and does not integrate advertising networks.
The app does not use cookies. It does not contain a web browser component or any web-based tracking.
The app does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can delete it.
All diary data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete individual diary entries within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.
Because all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us, we do not hold any personal data about you on our systems. You have full control over your data through the app's own delete functionality and through Android's app data management settings.
We rely on Android's built-in application sandboxing to protect your data. The app's private storage directory is not accessible to other apps on a standard (non-rooted) device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
